Our restaurants are proud to serve the finest steakhouse-style food, using only the best available meat products sourced from selected farms in Victoria, New South Wales and individual farmers and ranchers in the United States - All cattle enjoy nutrient-rich pastures, no exposure to hormone growth promotants, as well as a stress free environment. Meat quality and its preparation are our top priority. We solely use beef fed without pesticides, antibiotics or hormones.
