Chi has unveiled a new vision for the supperclub concept in partnership with Royal Thai cuisine legend, Blue Elephant. Mana, meaning “divine nourishment,” is the result of a one year collaboration between Chi pioneer Daryl Scott, culinary school and international restaurant group Blue Elephant (driven by Kim Steppe, son of Master Chef Nooror Somany), and Tony Bish, a New York City-trained chef and teacher at Blue Elephant Phuket.
Mana: Insane food for an entirely new supperclub experience
Mana’s interpretation of “divine nourishment” brings a menu that blends exotic, spiritual and technical influences. Five-spiced duck broth reduction and baby bok choi, pink seabream pan-fried with orange candy and charred fennel, yellow saffron curry paneer with truffled potatoes and popcorn, deconstructed cheesecake and toasted coconut passionfruit tart – with interludes of molecular popping fruits to cleanse the palate between courses.
Mana’s slant on savory alcohol sidekicks include Oscietra caviar, seared foie gras and brioche, or duck beaks for the adventurous, complemented by a wealth of cocktails created by Daryl Scot in the spirit of Chi, bound in golden crocodile-skin menus.
Courses consist of Amuse Bouche, Starter, Soup, Entremets, Main and Dessert, with course selections interchangeable between three elemental themes: Fire (meat) Water (seafood) and Earth (vegetable), giving a total of 18 menu combinations. Menus will change every three months, fulfilling Chef Tony Bish’s desire to continue to learn, anticipate change and implement new ideas in the spirit of Blue Elephant and Chi.

Chi itself is not a nightclub, but a supperclub. It’s a place where people can come and enjoy amazing food, spectacular entertainment at the table, transparent menu pricing, and unbelievable cuisine straight out of our Blue Elephant designed kitchen.
It’s taken a long time, over one year in fact, to deliver this amazing Mana menu via the collaboration with Blue Elephant. Because of Blue Elephant’s reputation for greatness over the last 33 years, to be able to implement the menu of Mana: the Spiritual and Divine Nourishment, which is an entirely new vision in food, it resulted in a process that could not be rushed.
Mana is the end result of this collaborative dedication to perfection and the pursuit of something extraordinary, available only at Chi.
Set price for the Mana dining menu is 1,800 Baht per person (plus service charge) inclusive of tax.
