หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร คือพื้นที่แห่งการพบปะสังสรรค์และการเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ที่มีเป้าหมายในการส่งเสริมความหลากหลายทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมทั้งในระดับประเทศและนานาชาติ เพื่อพัฒนาสังคมทียั่งยืน

Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) aims to create a meeting place for artists, to provide cultural programmes for the community as well as to open new grounds for cultural dialogue, networking, and create new cultural resources, giving Bangkok an operational base on the international art scene.
