The founder, also the heart of the company, Mr Chng has come a long way since its establishment.

Starting out in the 1970s, Mr Chng mastered the industry skills on his own; from the fundamentals of mixing cement and laying of floor tiles. In the 1980s, he started Chng Poh Guan Renovation Construction which provides the entire project management for house renovation. Being one of the pioneers in this industry, his determination and hard work expanded the business with the addition of 2 subsidiary companies, Inspiration ID and Zhuang Jia Home of Design. Mr Chng has now pass on his business to his children, Raymond (Inspiration ID) and Rykiel (Zhuang Jia Home of Design). He is proud to see the growth of his business under the management of the new generation.
