Zafferano’s cuisine and wine:
Provenance and seasonality are the most compelling features of Zafferano’s cuisine, in which the finest and freshest produce of the particular time of year are sourced from growers and artisans all over Italy. With these ingredients in hand, Head Chef Marco Guccio draws inspiration from his home country to craft a contemporary Italian cuisine of authenticity, infused with natural yet intense flavours.


Zafferano’s design and ambience:

Main Dining Room
Zafferanois perched 240m above ground. Guests come through an entryway flanked by 2 glass-clad kitchens: the cold preparation area to one side, the hot kitchen to the other. They step into an open hall with encircling glass curtain walls. The main dining room sits on a raised wooden platform that offers gorgeous and expansive views.

The décor style by designphasedba is sleek and elegant; lines are long, straight and right-angled, or circular. Glass, steel, polished stone and wood are the main surfaces and textures. A neutral, subdued palette of whites, black, beige and natural wood tones allows the crisp geometries to stand out, and the natural sunlight to play on the reflective surfaces.

The custom-made Italian-inspired furniture is clean-lined and varied to cater to large or small groups. Round, square and long tables are paired with dining chairs and deep, extended couches. With a clear sight into the activities in the glass show kitchens, guests dine in a smart and convivial urban oasis that takes on a warm, intimate ambience at night, as city lights glitter down below.

Private Dining Room
The private dining room is designed for luxurious privacy for a party of up to 14. It opens to its own spectacular view of the skyline and boasts a private entrance for discreet access.

Wine Room
This cozy private room seats up to 12 guests around a long table. With its elegant, embracing ambience surrounded by racks of wine bottles, guests have the sense of being close to the ‘action’ yet cocooned within their own personal space. The Wine Room is ideal for a meal in privacy or for business interaction.

Bar
The centerpiece of the indoor area is undoubtedly the circular bar with its luminescent, symbolic ‘crown’ of a thousand saffron tendrils made of steel. The engaging activity and sounds of the bar heightens the buzz and becomes the dramatic focal point of the interior.

Terrace Lounge
With its soaring cathedral-like volumes and lush gardens and panoramic views, the Terrace Lounge is the outdoor stunner of Zafferano. Guests relax on sofas and high stools surrounded by a structural lattice of iron girders and glass that opens at the top to the sky, or mingle over drinks amid a corridor of thick greenery. With an area of 1700 sq ft and 46 seats, the Terrace Lounge is a versatile and vibrant outdoor multifunction space.

Wine Lounge
Located indoors next to the dining area, the Wine Lounge is the perfect spot for before or after dinner drinks. Furnished with lounge chairs, ottomans, and high chairs, guests are right in the center of the buzz, an arm’s length away from the bar, kitchens and dining tables.
