I'm a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with over 6 years experience in yoga and meditation. I have a unique teaching style that is calming and centering, and is based on my firm grounding in meditation and mindfulness practices, and a solid understanding of classical Hatha Yoga. My classes are focused but never serious, light but never facile, strong but never demanding.
I have a firm belief in the practice of Yoga being much more than just a physical exercise, and I encourage all participants to look beyond just the health benefits of any yoga class. Yoga is a priceless gift handed down through the ages and its higher purpose is to facilitate a realization of our True Self and awakening to our Higher Purpose through the purification of body, mind and spirit.
