Here’s an interesting fact: Xuan Miao Vegan is the first stall in Singapore to sell Vegetarian Mee Hoon Kuey.

Originally situated in Jalan Bersah in 2011, Xuan Miao Vegan has since been relocated to Circuit Road. Over a short span of three years, other vegetarian stalls have joined at the food centre to cater to the growing vegetarian community in the locale.

Operated by the husband and wife team, the store initially began with the intention to spread the love for Mee Hoon Kuey in the vegetarian community.
