DELIVERY INFORMATION (LOCAL)

Normal Postage: $1.50 Flat Rate
The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2-7 working days.
Top Fast will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails.

Normal Postage with Certificate of Posting: $1.50 + $0.20
The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2-7 working days.
The Certificate of Posting is a slip of proof that Top Fast has mailed the parcel to the recipient.
Top Fast will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails.

DELIVERY INFORMATION (INTERNATIONAL)

International shoppers can contact us to further inquire about delivery costs to their country of residence.

EXCHANGE POLICY/ RETURNS
[NOT APPLICABLE FOR SALES ITEMS]

After our strict checks of returned items, should we find that items do not qualify for the Exchange Policy/ Returns, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

Exchanges are valid for a change in Size only. An exchange for another item is strictly not allowed.

Please email us at enquiries.topfast@gmail.com and wait for further instructions before sending the parcel back to us.

To qualify for the Exchange Policy/ Returns:

1. Item is unworn/ unwashed
2. Item is in a brand new condition

The returned parcel must be mailed back to us within 14 working days from the day you received your parcel.
Top Fast will not be liable for the postage cost involved in process of exchanges. All parcels mailed back to us via Certificate of Posting [COP] or registered postage.

Upon receiving the returned parcel, a one-to-one exchange will be provided on case-by-case basis.

[Measurements are taken when item is laid flat] Discrepancy of 0.5”-1” will not be considered as a defect.]

Please note that Top Fast reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS/WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED

If you have received an incorrect of defective items, please drop us an email at enquiries.topfast@gmail.com and we will advice you on the returns accordingly.

To qualify for the Exchange Policy/ Returns:

1. Item is unworn/ unwashed
2. Item is in a brand new condition

Upon strict checking, should we find that items do not qualify our Exchange policy/ Returns, we will not hesitate to reject the request.

A one-to-one exchange of the same item in the same color and size will be proceed once we received the returned parcel base on case to case basis.
In the event that the item(s) you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

RETURNED MAIL

In the event that your parcel bounces back to Top Fast will contact you personally. Postage cost will be on customer should it be due to “Unclaimed at PO/ Incorrect/ Insufficient Address” etc.

However, should it be Top Fast that made the error, we will bear the re-delivery cost.

Top Fast retains the rights to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 3 months and we will not be further liable for it.
