The White Rabbit
The White Rabbit is a restaurant and bar housed in a beautifully restored 1930s chapel that has become a landmark of Dempsey Hill. Opened in 2008 by The Lo & Behold Group, it combines classic European cuisine and anachronistic architecture to transport all who travel down its proverbial rabbit hole to another world. Helmed by Head Chef Benjamin Tan, the menu is carefully curated in a tribute to the timeless recipes and traditions of yesteryear.
The restaurant is open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.
The Rabbit Hole
The Rabbit Hole is Singapore's first specialty gin garden bar. Its lush botanical setting and tightly curated gin offering make it a uniquely elegant after-dinner destination in Dempsey.
The gin selection is designed to take gin drinkers, new and old, through the rich spectrum of flavour offered by gin. Each gin & tonic is served with a specially selected garnish, featuring fresh herbs from The Rabbit Hole’s very own garden and a special recipe of housemade tonic.
The bar is open Tues-Fri 6pm-11pm and 6pm-midnight on weekends.
