Physiotherapists are trained to assess the underlying causes of various conditions, establish a diagnosis and provide the most effective forms of treatment, which ranges from pain relief to restoration of movement or function and prevention of recurrence.

We are able to provide advice on proper office ergonomics and habits to prevent work-related and repetitive stress injuries.

We will provide an individualised exercise
programme suited to the management of your condition.

The Physiolink @ The Plaza provides physiotherapy services such as:

Joint Mobilisation

Soft Tissue Mobilisation

Sports Massage

Use of modalities e.g. ultrasound, traction, interferential stimulation, heat/cold therapy

Strengthening, Stretching, Stability, Proprioceptive exercises suitable for home, office or gym

Posture and Ergonomic Advice

Use of taping, orthotics or braces for support

House Calls (by appointment only)

On your first visit, the physiotherapists will give you a thorough assessment an explanation of what your condition is as well as the possible causes.

They will select the most appropriate treatment plan for you based on your needs as well as condition.

The frequency and duration of the sessions will depend on the initial assessment done by the physiotherapist.
