Located within the iconic walls of CHIJMES since 1996, Tatsu Sushi is a traditional sushi bar with the vision of bringing authentic Japanese dining to Singapore. While we initially catered to the large community of Japanese residing in Singapore, the gradual acceptance of Japanese cuisine have boosted our patrons to include both locals and expatriates.

Our restaurant features a traditional sushi bar serving fresh sashimi and sushi along with seasonal creations by our executive chefs. Our display counters uses the traditional method of maintaining our fresh fish; allowing our sashimi and oysters to be preserved naturally by resting over a bed of half-moon ice, ensuring constant low temperatures. Candle light alfresco dining is also very popular amongst our patrons.

The wide varieties of raw fish available are strictly air-flown from Japan 4 times a week to ensure the utmost freshness. As a testament of our commitment to provide top quality dishes to our patrons, even our fruits are imported from Japan! Come try our specialities such as Aburi tuna belly (O-Toro), fresh Japanese oysters, grilled baby lobster as well as a wide range of sake to pair with.
