Our Teochiew Grandparents left their hometown china (Shantou) and anchored in Singapore during World War II Japanese occupation.
They started this small braised duck rice stall to support our family soon after Singapore gotten her Independence
1980's dad took over the business because grandparents were getting old and grandpa passed away
Now our generation took over the business and we planned to do it the last time round
Note* we only use daily processed duck and pork for freshness and quality
