Philosophy

We believe that in every child lies a potential to do great things – great things beyond the imagination of us adults, who at times set limits to our hopes and aspirations.

By allowing and helping our children to set their minds free of limitations, they learn to explore and fire their passion to try new things as well as to experiment with what life has to offer. And in doing so, they learn to believe in themselves then realise their full potential and eventually fulfil their dreams.

Most importantly, we believe the child is capable of this.

Our Beliefs - Multiple Intelligences

We believe that there are 8 intelligences in all of us (in each child).

These intelligences (skills) help us acquire the knowledge around us. However, each of us have different combination of or profile. In Sunflower, we aim to develop all 8 intelligences of the children.

At Sunflower Frankel, we value and respect children. We see children as competent and unique individuals. We placed a strong emphasis on our learning environment as we hope to dazzle children's senses, invite curiosity and discovery.

Most importantly, we want children at Sunflower Frankel to foster strong and respectful relationships.

We also embrace differentiated learning and understand that each child learn at their own pace and time. We believe that each child is unique and the protagonist of his or her own growth. Children desire to acquire knowledge and have much capacity for curiosity and amazement.
