STREAT features an exciting collaboration between Restaurant Labyrinth’s Chef Owner Han LG, with International Celebrity Chef Susur Lee and Senior Executive Chef Ken Ling of Tunglok Heen.
The Chefs will handpick a selection of hawkers and chefs to serve their popular dishes and showcase how food in Singapore has gone through succession, rejuvenation and innovation. They will also helm a pop-up restaurant at STREAT which features an exclusive 6-hands dinner menu.
