The 2nd edition of Singapore Contemporary (January 19 - 22, 2017) won praise for its wide selection of accessible and collectable artworks. Curated across five sectors, Photo17 Singapore, Latin American Voices, China Encounters, Artist Dialogues and Gallery Projects, the Show attracted more than 22,650 art collectors and buyers from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries.

Spread over 6,000+ square meters at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Show featured 90 exhibitors from over 20 countries, and presented works by emerging, mid-career and established artists, including those who have achieved success at auction.

Kicking off the Asia art calendar, the 3rd edition of Singapore Contemporary (January 18 - 21, 2018) will be a cornerstone event of Singapore Art Week, that comprises numerous public arts, gallery presentations and public projects. Art Stage Singapore is also held at the same time.

Singapore Contemporary is expected to host more than 90 exhibitors and public art installations over four-days in 2018 – including investment-grade art with a strong secondary market and auction following, plus works by some of the world’s most interesting and promising artists.

The scope of Singapore Contemporary includes original paintings, limited editions, sculpture and photography, also video and digital art. Singaporean and international collectors and art buyers will see works from career artists, typically priced from S$10,000 to S$100,000 and up.
