With the rising numbers of elderly in Singapore, we are moving into the ageing population. Looking ahead to the year in 2020, there will be approximate 600,000 who will be 65 years and above. With further estimation by the government to 2030, 20 percent of our population will be over 65 years old. Thus we predict that homecare is necessary for the near future.
