The student care centre was set up under the auspices of the Ministry of Community Development and Sports in May 2003 and supported by Jamiyah Singapore.

RSCS aims to formulate systematic approaches towards nurturing the youngs' abilities and capabilities by creating a spacious, conducive and refreshing environment for them to learn, explore and enjoy.
