The counselling practice of the Rise Therapy Centre is grounded on the philosophy of respect and honour; respecting individuality and honouring diversity. We have all experienced being lonely, not heard, not seen and not understood.

We believe in the strength and resourcefulness of our clients that the resolution to their life difficulties lies within them. As psychotherapists and counsellors, we believe and are dedicated to creating a safe place to hear their struggles, offer the compassion and understanding to bring hope and renewed strength. The main focus of our therapy is to help our clients move forward in life, prepare them for change and bring about their inner resources for growth, learning and renewed confidence.
