Pawsitive Petcare is run by Tessie Skudder, an International Certified Master Groomer with IPG Inc., USA. She is one of only two certifiers for IPG in all of Asia.
She has been grooming for more than 20 years, in countries like Taiwan, UK, USA, Canada and Singapore. She is CPR certified and keeps current of industry trends by attending workshops overseas several times a year.
