Our programs are focused on capacity building and capability development in unions; relationship and networking to strengthen ties in the labour movement; and promoting tripartism in Singapore.

We work closely with NTUC affiliated unions and support the work of the labour movement's membership communities including the NTUC Women's Committee and the Young NTUC as well as the tripartite partners to realise our mission.

Our outreach each year results in at least 3500 training places for unions; 4500 engagement places for various relationship building programs and more than a 1000 places for tripartite programs.
