I discovered the joys of reflexology about 10 years ago and became a massive fan. I am passionate about sharing this relaxing ancient therapy to as many people as possible.

After experiencing those reflexology treatments 10 years ago I felt so inspired that I studied for and obtained my diploma in reflexology (with distinction!) and set up my own reflexology practice.

I named my business Optimum Reflexology as this encapsulated best my beliefs about the therapy .. reflexology optimises you and your health!


Reflexology is not diagnostic nor curative it simply unlocks the body's own healing mechanisms. It unblocks energy pathways and allows the body to re balance and function at it's optimum.

I feel very honoured to be able to offer reflexology to clients who for various different reasons are needing help with a variety of difficult health issues, it is a privilege to be able to help.
