The Omakase Way: We Do Things Different

Beef - We blend it ourselves! Why?
When it comes to beef, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Each individual cut, be it the decadent ribeye, succulent sirloin, rich flank, or flavourful tenderloin, has its own distinguishing texture and mouth-watering flavour. Just like how many of the world’s best wines are a blend of different grape varieties, a beef patty made from a blend of different cuts of the cow combines the unique flavour signatures of each cut to deliver deeper taste and eye-opening flavour with each bite. That’s the Omakase difference.

Bun – The bun is the first line of defense. Is there anything worse than when your burger falls apart into a clump of meat? Soft, chewy, complementary – these are the attributes we look for in a bun. Our specially-designed artisanal bun allows the meat to take centre stage while remaining solid enough to absorb the juices of our burger without falling apart.

Cheese – A blend of Colby, Swiss and Cheddar, our cheese melts like butter on contact when the sizzling patties come off the grill. Gooey deliciousness!

Veggies – All our produce is fresh, crisp and tasty. Go fresh or go home!
