To place an order you can drop us a pm or make comments on the items.

Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email confirming your orders will be sent within 1 to 2 working days. Kindly drop us a mail after the transaction is done together with your mailing address. Confirmation is subjected to product availability.

We will include the following:
1. Amount of item purchased
2. Postage cost
3. Account number for the funds transfer.

Payment is to be made within 2 business days via ATM / Online Transfer to POSB / DBS bank account upon receiving our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive your payment.

If you choose registered post, there will be an additional charge of $2.30 to the total amount of postage and handling payable. Delivery will be made within 2 working days upon receiving your payment. We do ship internationally as well.

All registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the postman will leave a notice with further instructions for pick up or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide with the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for any lost articles which arise from wrong addresses provided. If the article is returned to us, you will need to pay for the postage fee again for us to resend it to you.

Please note that we will NOT be liable for any lost packages, and will NOT offer any compensation should your package be lost is transit. We will however offer as much assistance as possible in providing information for tracking purposes.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made due to whatever reasons. We seek your co-operation in honouring your purchase once the order has been submitted.

If for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange. Notify us regarding your order within 3 days. Items have to be in its original packaging and must be intact with tags and returned within a reasonable time frame. You will be responsible for the postage incurred.

We regret that we DO NOT offer cash refund. In the event that you are not able to select a replacement from our available stocks, we will issue you a credit Voucher equal to the value of the returned items for future purchase.

Refund is only made if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods. (Applicable to Pre-Order items only)

Why are the prices so low? Are they authentic? The items sold here are overruns from factory, rejected stocks, shelf pull outs, overstock goods, orders that are cancelled or delayed shipment. They are purchased from factories which are authorized to manufacture for the brands which are in excess of the actual quantity ordered.

Therefore, clothes unsold to full-priced retailers are sold at a special discount to factory outlets or closeout stores. Please take note that some of the clothes from the factories itself may/will be required to snip off part or the tag or deface it in some way to differentiate these items as compared to those that are sold in full priced at retail stores or boutiques.
