** We will not be responsible for any lost or damage to items through normal mail. Therefore, we recommend you to use registered mail.

2) Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and comes with free local normal postage in Singapore.

3) Upon receiving of your order, we will check the stock availability and revert back to you within 24 hours. A confirmation will be sent to you to proceed with payment.

4) All payment to be made within 24hours (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after order confirmation has been sent to you in order to secure your orders. Else, item(s) will be released to next interested customer without prior notice.

5) Payment can be made via ATM/Internet fund transfer by POSB/DBS/ UOB/ OCBC bank. Please inform us once you have made the payment together with the reference number and amount transferred.

6) Parcel will be mailed out on every Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).

7) Strictly no refunds, cancellations or exchange after payment has been made except for wrong delivery.

8) We seek your understanding as we DO NOT guarantee the accuracy of the colour displayed on your monitor with the actual product received as there may be some slight color variation due to computer resolution/ brightness of the environment/picture re-sizing.

9) Do allow about 1-2cm difference in measurement.
