Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar is this spacious and welcoming destination where one can feel right at home having a breezy brunch with the family or savouring drinks and late night dinner after work with friends.

Taking centre stage is an enormous counter that seats up to 20 inspired by what one might find in a medieval tavern but given a generous contemporary twist with the use of black marble. In a bid to encourage a convivial environment, customers are welcome to share dining space and mingle at this communal table as well as tap their own beers upon ordering.

Customers will be beckoned by an intoxicating aroma of daily-baked fresh artisanal breads and pastries as soon as they step in.

The hearty Stout bread is truly a unique beer- infused bread in Singapore. This dark bread carries the beer’s distinctive caramel aftertaste while maintaining a sense of lightness in texture. You won’t be able to stop at just one slice! The bread’s malty flavour also makes it the perfect choice for Nassim Hill’s signature Hot Reuben – a veritable crowd-pleaser of emmental cheese that is perfectly melded with corned beef, sauerkraut and onions over the bread.

An ideal destination for all day cocktails and evening drinks and revelry, Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar also serves a wide range of quality alcoholic beverages. Besides Kronenbourg 1664, Kronenbourg Blanc and Connor's Stout on draught, guests can also look forward to a range of signature drinks which include: Perrier Jouët Mimosa and Bellini, Wicked Calamansi Sour, Yuzu Breeze, Raspberry Lychee Ice Tea, Dirty Sriracha Bloody Mary and Summer Sangria for groups.
