The story of Namseng is a long one, starting way back in the days of pre-independence Singapore. Built single-handedly by the late Mr. Teo Kay Kiong, Namseng started off serving the local defence force, which had inherited many Land Rovers from the British. The army aside, the company also served the many civilian users of Land Rovers. Indeed, as a testimony to the car's versatility and raw power, it saw wide and varied industrial and commercial uses in post-war Singapore. But even the most seaworthy ship needs a new rudder once in a while and Namseng was always there to provide Land Rover owners with genuine and quality replacement parts.
Fast forward to the 21st century, Land Rovers have evolved from beasts of burden to highly cherished and rather exotic pets. From the iconic Defender beloved by the Queen herself, to the stylish and futuristic Range Rover Evoque, today's Land Rover enthusiasts have an exciting range of models to pick from. And following the brand's evolution every step of the way is of course Namseng. Now in the hands of its second generation owners, Richard and Andrew, the company continues to offer a comprehensive range of Land Rover parts across all models. Richard and Andrew are Land Rover enthusiasts themselves, of course, and their passion and expertise go beyond simply keeping the car running.
