1) Novena MRT Station Exit B (Towards Novena Church)
2) Turn Right after exiting Velocity @ Novena Square
3) 2 mins walk to Novena Church (based on Singaporean walking speed and we timed it personally)
4) Directly opposite Novena Church (all you have to do now is cross the overhead bridge to Novena Regency. It's good for your health, we're sure Health Development Board will agree)
5) Enter Novena Regency and turn right to unit #01-36 (don't worry, you'll see the sign)
