方钟桦是 Music Story - 音乐星语学校的校长。他是新加坡知名度高的电视艺人, 中国好声音新加坡评审，也是各种选秀的常驻评审；方老师也是绝对 Super Star 和校园 Super Star 导师。两届冠军都出自他的学院，直至今日，在老师门下的学生有尽达1000人之多，知名得意的门生其中就有， 香港的泳儿，已故沈殿霞的女儿 - 郑欣宜，不怕不怕的郭美美都出自他的学院。还有前两届的绝对 Super Star 的男女冠军 - 潘家丽，陈伟联，陈世伟和陈迪亚，也都出自他的学院。同时，方老师也是电台UFM100.3的特约ＤＪ，与著名DJ-Anna一同主持一小时的幽默风趣节目。
