Milonga del Sur 3.21

Milonga del Sur is a weekly a traditional milonga, organised and hosted by Tango del Sur. Created by one of Singapore's established tango partnerships, Tango del Sur promotes Argentine Tango through foundation classes, weekly milongas and practicas, and other related projects in Singapore.

Driven by sheer passion for Argentine Tango since 2008, it conceptualised and organised Grand Milongas at Zouk Club (2012) & Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay (2013); produced the first Tango gala show by Argentine masters at Esplanade Recital Studio in 2013; and coordinated the first DJ Dialogues (a Tango DJ conference across continents) in 2012.

It has assisted in the coordination of Tango events featuring top-notch artists including Milena Plebs with David Palo, Mauricio Castro, Natalia Hills & Alejandro Aquino, Laila & Leandro Oliver, Gisele Avanzi, Tamara Bisceglia & Federico Paleo, Julieta Biscione & Roberto Castillo, Stefano Fava & Gisela Vidal, Pablo Giorgini & Noelia Coletti; and DJs Emre Korkut Or [Turkey], Anthony Blackwell [USA], Catarina Chung [Taiwan], and Louis Shue [Australia/Singapore].
