At the Metropolitan YMCA, we provide a wide array of programmes to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.

Metro-Y Aquatics offers all level of PADI, SDI, Diving Courses, Swimming Courses for Kids / Junior and arrange dive travel to Tioman, Perhantian, Redang, Cebu, Bali and other dive destinations around the globe.

We open try Scuba & Snorkeling Programs at pool.

Members can choose from a selection of Wellness Programmes, Sports (for children), Enrichment (for children), International Exchange Programmes (for youths) or Holiday Camps (for cildren).

We also provide sports and recreation programmes in Korean and Japanese to facilitate cross-cultural learning and integration.

We bring together people of all ages, nationalities and cultures in a friendly and safe environment, to create awareness and impart skills for healthy living.

We seek to develop individuals by providing opportunities for growth through exposure to different fields of interest like music, the performing arts, sports, camping and outdoor adventure. There are avenues set for honing of skills and facilities available for wholesome recreation.
