Founded in 1968, JP ENTERTAINMENT is one of the most established concert promoting and artiste management companies in Asia. Experience and global connections form the foundation of JP’s success. It also paves the way for artiste all over the world to new and exciting opportunities in the entertainment industry.

In 1968, Jimmy Loh, then an energetic young man in his early 20s, saw opportunities in promoting local artistes to major entertainment establishments. JP was formed. Within a short period of time, the company expanded its network regionally, promoting local and foreign artistes to hotels and entertainment establishments throughout Asia. JP became a distinguished name and played an integral role in shaping the face of entertainment.

By the late 1970’s, JP had established itself in Asia, Europe, USA, and the Middle East. The company then became the pioneer to organize and stage successful concerts for international artistes in Singapore and later, other parts of Asia. These stars included Cliff Richard, Engelbert, Humperdink, Tina Turner, The Supremes, The Commodores and Theresa Teng, just to name a few. They helped forge JP’s dominance in Asia as a concert promoter.

In the 1980’s, JP set up offices in the USA, Malaysia and Philippines to cater to the rising demands in concert organising and supply of entertainment acts. The momentum continued to build into the next decade. The 1900s consisted of an impressive roster of concerts featuring superstars such as Jack Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung, Faye Wong, Beyond, The Grasshoppers, Richard Clayderman, Julio Iglesias, Whitney Houston, Gloria Estefan and many more.

In the new millennium, JP managed and hosted the Southeast Asia Tour for Sir Cliff Richard amongst other acts as well as staged successful concerts for Andrea Bocelli, Sara Brightman, Andy Williams, David Gates and The 12 Girls Band.

Today, as the most experienced concert organizer and artiste management company in Singapore, JP continues to thrive and bring to you a new millennium of entertainment.
