Ji De Lai Hainanese Chicken Rice was started at Chong Pang hawker center. Our head chef has over 30yrs experience in preparing and cooking authentic hainanese chicken rice. we have slowly gain popularity and foothold in this hawker centre. We have customers living all area in singapore travelling to our stall for our chicken rice, even foreigners or expats living in Singapore are also amongst our regulars. The most popular stall For Ji De lai was in Chong Pang hawker center which always generate lots of customer especially during weekends.

Customers love that our chicken here is perfectly cooked with a unqiue layer of gelatin just under the skin and even though the chicken is cooked through to the bones, the fresh is still wonderfully tender and juicy. Ji De Lai believe in procuring the highest grade of chicken from the supplier which are at least 2 kg in weight.

The chicken meat is very much dependent on the type of feed the supplier uses, chickens used at our stalls are all fed quality grains like corn which gives the chicken a richer and better tasting meat. Good quality rice grains are use to prepare our fragrant and fluffy rice.

Our homemade ginger and chilli sauce are made fresh thrice a week with no preservative, its spicy and robust taste keeps customers coming back for more. The Founder of Ji De Lai believe in using only the best ingredients and keeping it to be fresh in the stalls.

Ji De Lai Hainanese Chicken Rice has also just expanded from a humble hawker stall to opening more outlets in Ang Mo Kio town and Chai Chee Street. We also have Ji De Lai Braised Duck Rice and Kway Chap operating from one of our stalls in Ang Mo Kio alongside our chicken rice stall. Ji De Lai Braised Duck and Kway Chap stall was started with our very experience Chef, it is also gaining popularity in Ang Mo Kio and we are seeing steady stream of regular customers every day visiting our braised duck rice stall.
