Description

Island Veterinary Clinic (Bedok) is the second veterinary clinic to be founded by three experienced veterinarians, Dr Tharm Sook Keng, Dr Poon Yuet Foong and Dr Angeline Wong in Feb 2014. We are a comprehensive veterinary clinic located in the Bedok North estate.

Dr Poon Yuet Foong is a veterinarian who is also certified in veterinary acupuncturist from the Chi Institute of Chinese Medicine. She uses her expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to complement veterinary medicine to assist your companion animals in their recovery and maintain their good health.

Dr Tharm Sook Keng has many years of experience as a clinician as well as a skilled and experienced soft tissue veterinary surgeon. She is also gained advanced training in orthopaedic surgeries and will ensure that your pets be treated with extreme care and precision.

Dr Angeline Wong started out as a veterinary surgeon in a busy small animal practice. She then explored her interest in pathology with the government lab where her work includes post mortem, cytological examinations, disease investigations and facilitating animal health programmes. She believes in patient care with focus on evidence-based medicine to provide your pet with the best care available.

Dr Sophia Wong has gained experience in a busy local veterinary clinic since graduation as a Veterinary Surgeon and is the newest addition to our team. Her interests include dog and cat internal medicine and she particularly enjoys seeing pocket pets and turtles.
