Homes of Tokyo was set up to manage Japanese Real Estate Investment Portfolio for private clients and to provide consultation service for foreign investors to invest in Japan real estate inclusive of residential, commercial offices, hotels, land etc.

Our services include buying, management while holding, refurbishing, selling and land development

We cover the whole of Japan with projects now in Tokyo & Hokkaido

Our investors are mainly Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High- income individuals based globally (with existing investors from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, HK & the US), plus Small Medium Enterprises (SME) and Fund companies based in the region.

Our activities mainly involve bringing foreign investment into Japan with the exception of Niseko, Hokkaido where Homes Of Tokyo is representing the developer to sell ski villas and homes to foreigners and Japanese.

We currently work with a number of renowned Real Estate Agencies in Japan.
