Growth Consulting & Training (GCT) is a Singapore startup that is focused on individualising learning.

Many training organisations offer cookie-cutter styled learning that force all learners through the same hoops and narrow accesses of knowledge. This robs learners of their individualism, their strengths and their passions.

At GCT, we decry that form of training. By focusing on traits development, and by identifying each learner's strengths and not-so-strong areas through the proprietary Success Quotient Intelligence (SQI) assessment, learners will start their learning journey knowing their current traits profile, and then identify for themselves just what to learn, when, and how.

Subject matter knowledge is delivered online, where a series of animated videos bring out the learning content in a fun and bite-sized way.

In-person workshops are available for learners to experience social learning. There is no compulsion to attend these, but for those who do, will find that there is no "info-dumping" as all of that has been done online. These are activities-only driven, with the focus on developing key traits in learners.

Finally, to cater to those who need specialised one-on-one support, we offer coaching to meet a specific need. This is also optional.
