Every week, we see cooking shows and contest on TV and on other media.
And for many years, people in our veg community has been wishing, thinking and talking about organising our own version of such cooking contest.

Now that our veg community has grown substantially, we are fortunate to have invited a group of volunteers and kungfu experts in organising the 1st ever veg cooking contest.

But why not just call it "vegetarian cook off?
For this contest, our objective is to promote whole food plant based cuisine. In another word, it is vegetarian/ vegan with no or minimum mock, processed food, msg etc.

Let us bring out the culinary creativity of our community and showcase the goodness and deliciousness of what mother nature has given us.
