Our company focuses on the motto “only harvest when requested”. We only harvest our fresh greens just prior to delivery, giving you the freshest quality of vegetables every time. Growing in an urban setting means we save the distance and time from our farm to your location, hence our name “green neighbour”.
The mission of our company is to bring the farm closer to you, the consumers. We grow all our fresh greens indoors in an urban environment. Growing fresh greens indoors allows us to monitor our lighting, water quality and temperature, producing fresh greens all year round without any fear of the weather. Our vertical farming system enables us to utilize vertical space, thereby maximizing our crop harvest with the minimal of space. Furthermore, being in an urban environment greatly limits the number of pests and diseases from affecting our greens. The results are fresh vegetables all year round without the use of insecticides and fungicides
