Now I am past my 30s, I am thinking more about staying healthy and fit for my family and myself. Though money and work is important, without a healthy body these will be affected too.
I am currently taking the Herbalife products for my nutritional and minerals needs. As an Independent Herbalife Distributor, I am able to share the benefits of these products with my friends and relatives.
My 2015 resolutions:
1. Clock 500km and run under 5 hours for full marathon
2. Trim my tummy
3. Learn to cook
4. Spend quality time with family
My 2014 resolutions:
1. More runnings to stay healthy - Ran 430km, 2 marathons :)
2. Learn a new foreign language e.g. German or Japanese - Instead learned balloon sculpturing
3. Learn to cook - Missed
4. Spend quality time with family - Went on road trip in Melbourne
My 2013 resolutions:
1. Run 21km half marathon - completed 42km Full marathon
2. Learn to cook - missed
3. Spend quality time with family - yes
4. Get a tattoo - missed; daughter dislike
My 2012 resolutions:
1. Run 10km (done 6 times)
2. Learn roller skating (done)
3. Gain another 2 kg (done)
4. Spend quality time with family (done)
My 2011 resolutions:
1. gain more weight; current weight is 65 kg and my target is 70kg (Result: My current weight is 68kg)
2. learn to play guitar (Result: Missed)
3. run a half or full marathon (Result: Missed but registered for 10km in 2012)
4. spend more happy times with my family (Result: There are some moments)
