1. Order will only be processed when payment is received.

2. No cancellation of orders after payment is made.

3. No exchange or refund of item is allowed. There will be full refund if the item is oos.

5. Collection can be arranged at Pioneer MRT station, Boon Lay MRT station on Weekdays (Timings to be coordinated).

6. Weekend collection can be arranged at various location at both buyer and seller's convenience.
