Hi, my name is Joseph Wong and I am the Principal Consultant at Delapro. I spent over 35 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where I held down a myriad of roles in the Retail and Wholesale Banking businesses. From branch services to marketing; process engineering to quality service management (I was an ISO9001 management representative) and RFP management to digital learning.

I love creativity and I hope this comes across very prominently in the new and refreshing approach to banking and delivering customer delight in Delapro's programmes.

I also love critical thinking and thrive on understanding what matters to my audiences. I believe very much in the power of creative thinking and again, I hope it comes through in my lesson plans.

In the end, however, I know everything I am saying here is mere words. I will have to prove I am all this when I deliver my programmes, which, since I'm going at it with pure passion, should not be too different from what I intend. Oh yes, I am also ACTA-certified.
