Tomatoes have an interesting personality.

That personality is born from the different seasons, the different regional climates, the different soil or method of cultivation, the difference in breed, and these enter into our mouths.

This is not just a magazine full of scientific explanations, it also contains stories on how the vegetables come to be. １．我々は、微生物科学の専門家として高品質な野菜の生産が可能な土壌とはどういった微生物プロファイルを持つのかという土壌把握技術の開発を長年してきました。更に我々はその技術を利用し、次世代の農業を作るという志の高い生産者（農家）の皆様とコラボレーションすることで、世界最高の野菜を調達できるネットワークを構築しました。

２．我々は、世界最高の野菜を少しでも良い状態でシンガポールの皆様にお届けするために、生鮮野菜に特化した独自のロジスティクスシステムを構築し、出来る限り新鮮なまま世界最高峰の野菜をシンガポールの皆様にお届けすることができるようになりました。
