Barre draws inspirations from ballet, yoga, Pilates and functional training. Barre is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels -whether it's the first time you have exercised in 5 years or the 5th time you are exercising this week. We also offer pre and post natal barre classes as we believe in the importance of keeping active during this wonderful journey.
Our studio was founded based on the fundamental values of encouraging a wellness focused lifestyle which involves eating well and moving well (and having fun while doing that!).
Our instructors have trained in yoga and/or barre methods. Unique in their own ways and as a team, together they bring their knowledge and passion for movement and wellness to Called To The Barre.
