Bo Tien Temple 3.55

Bo Tien Temple, established in Singapore in 1969, is dedicated to our Patron Saint Lord Bo Tien and help Him fulfill His mission for mankind.

Lord Bo Tien’s missions are realized through the Bo Tien Welfare Services Society, a Non-Profit and Voluntary Welfare Organization accredited with an Institution of Public Character status by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and its umbrella organizations:

1. Bo Tien Home for the Aged to provide free permanent shelter for the aged homeless, to take care of the needy aged and aged sick elderly, to install love and care values amongst the young and to promote public involvement with the volunteer services.

2. Bo Tien Mutual Help and Care to provide food provisions to needy families, individual destitute, Community Development Councils, Meet-the-people Sessions and other charitable/voluntary organizations regardless of race, language or religion.

3. Bo Tien Day Activity Centre to serve elderlies who are ambulant and do not require institutional care. The Centre provides day care services to reduce burden and stress experienced by caregivers.

The Society funds solely depend on public donation and the management committee is formed by a group of committed and dedicated volunteers.
