AWWA 4.06

It all started in 1970 with a group of women volunteers who had been donating and distributing food rations in Little India to help out the needy families and decided to set up an association and registered themselves.

Today AWWA enhances the lives of over 6,000 clients each year, ranging from infancy to old age.

Beneficiaries include:
• Children and youths with special needs
• Persons with disabilities
• Underprivileged families
• Elderly in need of support
• Caregivers

Our services:
• Education & Development - Early Intervention & Special Education for children and youths with special needs

• Disability Support - Counselling, Therapy and Community Integration

• Health & Senior Care - Senior Community Home, Rehabilitation and Dementia Day Care

• Family & Caregiver Support - Counselling, Academic & Vocation Support, After-School Care and Support Groups.
