Yoga journey of self - I started with yoga many years ago, but it was on an off, i enjoyed the classes and knew i would benefit from it but i never really made time for it. In simple words, It wasn't a priority for me. I then signed up for 200hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. (Also known as Yoga Capital of the world). At this point i was here to learn with an open mind with no plans of what i should do after.

I didn't take it up to start teaching people as soon as i ended, it was more of a self journey into this path. And i had to admit Yoga is one of the best things that happened to me. It's not all about getting into your asanas and being proud of what you can do, it teaches you a lot more then that.

i have started teaching now and every time i teach i learn more about myself, learning is a never-ending process and this page is basically about how i grow in my journey. Thank you for liking my page. ;)
