Art Xchange Gallery 3.45

Founded in 2009 in Surabaya, East Java, Art Xchange Gallery is a space dedicated to showcase the diversity of modern and contemporary artists from Indonesia. After two years of successful establishment, the gallery moved to Singapore in 2011 in the aim of providing artists with greater exposure to new markets. This artistic space was built on a mandate that encourages creative exchanges between regional and international artists. Its mission is to bring together artworks from different societies so that parallels and contrasts can be observed; and artists who challenge precedents can have a voice. Currently based in Singapore, the gallery represents artists from Indonesia, Germany, Canada, India and Russia.

Through its active participation in significant art fairs such as Art Stage Singapore; Art Expo Malaysia; Bazaar Art Jakarta; Asia Contemporary Art Show Hong Kong; Art Taipei & Art Expo New York, Art Xchange is dedicated to bring emerging Indonesian artists to new publics and markets.
