Started out as a boutique real estate agency, specializing in retail positioning and assets enhancements serving a very niche client base. The company has since grown into a full-fledged property consultancy providing integrated services including Property Management, Project Marketing and Investment Sales to suit our client’s real estate needs.

The company further enhances its services for clients with international exposure by forming a strong network of International Alliances with partners in countries like China, Australia, SE Asia and the United States. Aptitude is well equipped to assist our valued clients both locally and in venturing overseas.
