Helmed by award-winning Master Chef Naoki Tsuzuki from Kuriya Dining, Ami Ami features fresh seafood air-flown from Japan thrice weekly. Enjoy local seasonal catch from the fishermen’s nets of Wakayama, and luxuriate in the creamy richness of uni (sea urchin) from Hokkaido.
For the ultimate dining experience, park yourselves at Ami Ami's tempura and robatayaki counters. Have a taste of individually fried tempura given to you immediately over the counter, as well as charcoal-grilled seafood of the finest quality.
