Profile of Ben Lee (Company Founder)

Ben Lee began his Real Estate Agent business in 1993 and he holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing (Marketing Institute of Singapore) and a Certificate of Real Estate Agency Course from Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (CEHA equivalent).

In between 1996 to 2005, Ben founded his own real estate company Altech Properties Consultant and also joined other real estate company DTZ / ERA Realty Network / Hutton Asia Pte Ltd, providing total solution for his clients in rental / sales of residential (HDB / Condominium / Landed), commercial (Office / Shophouses), industrial properties (factories / warehouses).

Dec 2015, he is highly motivated to go back to his own founded real estate company Altech Properties Consultant provides real estate agency services in Singapore. With over two decades of experience in sales, he can better serve u. He who conduct himself with the utmost integrity & honesty. Placing his clients interests as his top priority and utmost importance to him, and he strives to develop long term relationships with all his clients.

Career Experience

March 2014 to Dec 2015, he decided to explore new frontier in HUTTON ASIA PTE LTD, overlooking new projects launches and resale condominiums, houses, hdb flats for lease / sale.

Year 2005 to March 2014, he decided to take his leap faith into ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd as marketing director.

Thereafter, he had achieved the following outstanding results that he has delivered to his clients have led to his promotion as Division Director and gained him numerous accolades in the company:
- ERA Top Manager Yr 2006
- ERA Top 50 Achiever Yr 2006/2007/2008"

- promoted to ERA Inspired Division Director in Feb 2007.
- Top 2 ERA Division Director Yr 2008, rose up to rank as Senior Division Director.

With an initial sales team of three marketing executives, Ben now leads a strong team of 150 agents who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and motivated.
