Terms and Conditions

Payments

1. Full payment has to be made through DBS Savings Acct No. 033-7-084472(SGD), Maybank Current Acct No. 501011668272 (MYR) or major credit cards. Do confirm your orders before making any payments.

2. For payment via credit card, do request for a paypal invoice to be sent out. Request can be done through adriannayariqa@gmail.com or PM Admin at +65 9366 8987.

Exchange/Refund
3. All sales item(s), plus sizes or specially ordered outfits (eg. bridesmaid) are on non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis with the exception of defects detected on the particular outfit.

4. Outfits worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. All other item(s) may be returned only upon alerting us within a day from the date of item(s) received subject to conditions as per our return policy. Refer to our return policy link, http://www.adriannayariqa.com/#!return-policy/cyk1 for details.

6. Customers are encouraged to check for any damage to the item(s) received upon receipt. Request for exchange/refund of item(s) will not be entertained once the item(s) is worn or washed.

Pre order

7. Pre-order period will be open for some new designs from time to time.

8. Full payments has to be made on all pre-ordered item(s) through DBS Savings Acct No. 033-7-084472(SGD), Maybank Current Acct No 501011668272 (MYR) or via major credit cards within the pre-order period. Do confirm your orders before making any payment.

Non Payment

09. Non-payment of item(s) before delivery date (in-stock item) or within 3 days from date of confirmed orders (for pre-ordered items) will be treated as non-sales. We will strictly not reserved the item(s) ordered and item(s) won’t be delivered till full payment is made.

Miscellaneous

10. The fabric colour of item(s) may vary from actual item due to flash lighting and screen display.
